This came in looking really cute. Unfortunately, just like the matching outfit, the little chainsaw arrived bent. Something slightly firmer to aid with structure would help.
It's slightly on the firm side, not squishy like some of these pillows can be. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. There are 2 small plastic buttons by the tail and face for those with small necks to keep in place. I was not able to button them, however. Big neck energy.
Quality was great aside from the chainsaw and the faux pull start tag, I only went to move it, and i thought i tore it off. It was fine but seemed quiet fragile.
